Pasta Mancini

A Farm That Makes Pasta from Its Own Wheat

Mancini is a farm founded over 60 years ago by Mariano Mancini. Initially, it focused on growing and harvesting grain on a 20-hectare property, using the first combine harvesters pulled by modern tractors. Over the years, the farm expanded to 70 hectares.

In 2010, Mariano’s nephew, Massimo Mancini, began transforming the durum wheat grown on the farm into high-quality pasta. Mancini pasta is made exclusively from wheat grown on the farm, following strict practices designed to reduce its environmental impact. The pasta-making process is entirely traditional and takes place directly on the farm.
