Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Our pasta is made from durum wheat grown directly on the farm. The only ingredients used are semolina and water.
For whole wheat pasta, the milling process preserves all components of the grain: bran, endosperm, and germ. This provides a significant intake of fiber and mineral salts.
We use circular bronze dies and dry the whole wheat spaghetti at a minimum of 36°C and a maximum of 46°C for 40 hours.
