Whole Wheat Penne

Our pasta is made from durum wheat grown directly on the farm. The only ingredients used are semolina and water.
For whole wheat pasta, the milling process preserves all components of the grain: bran, endosperm, and germ. This provides a significant intake of fiber and mineral salts.
We use circular bronze dies and dry the Penne Rigate Integrali at a minimum of 36°C and a maximum of 55°C for 22 hours.
