Description
Origin: Galantino family olive groves in La Fenice, Trinitapoli (BT), Puglia, Italy.
Cultivar: Coratina.
Harvest: hand-picked, October–November.
Milling: with granite millstones at the Galantino mill.
Extraction: cold-extracted with decanter.
Bottling: 5,000 numbered bottles.
Color: olive green with golden yellow highlights.
Aroma: intensely fruity, fresh, herbaceous, penetrating and powerful, with notes of artichoke and thistle.
Taste: intense fruitiness with pleasant, decisive bitter and spicy notes, in perfect harmony with a rich complex of persistent vegetal and aromatic notes. Herbaceous, almond and artichoke finish.
