An extra virgin olive oil with dual certification: organic and compliant with IGP specifications. Cold-pressed in our mill from a selection of olives harvested at the start of the season. An oil that captures the soul of the Tuscan Maremma. It offers an initial smooth sensation followed by bitter and pungent notes, with aromas of freshly cut grass and artichoke. Ideal for enriching meat or fish carpaccios, legumes, soups, game, and raw vegetables.
