Sun-Dried Tomatoes

The warm Puglian sun enhances the flavor of the tomatoes by gently removing their vegetation water through prolonged exposure, allowing for the concentration of nutrients with strong antioxidant activity, beneficial for our body. After drying, the tomatoes are preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
