Our Morellino di Scansano D.O.C.G. red wine vinegar is primarily composed of Sangiovese, along with grape varieties such as Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo, and Malvasia. It is a more structured vinegar with a high acidity level, typical of a traditional homemade vinegar. Static fermentation with a selection of acetic bacteria cultures preserves all the fragrances, aromas, and characteristics of the original wine. It is finished with aging in oak barrels. Perfect on salads, grilled vegetables, and legumes, and ideal for marinating all types of meat.
