Rummo Fusilli No. 48 are a pasta shape typical of southern Italy, where each region knows them by a slightly different name and form, depending on local traditions. Thanks to their spiral shape, they’re perfect for holding all kinds of sauces, making them ideal for rich sauces, pesto, and baked dishes. Made using the Lente Lavorazione process, they keep an excellent bite when cooked.
