MANICARDI is an agricultural company founded by Enzo Manicardi at the beginning of the 80s and that produces excellent wines, balsamic vinegars, and wine vinegars. At that time, in Emilia Romagna, Enzo fell in love with the hills of Castelvetro and immediately wanted to know the taste of this beautiful land through its fruits.

He created his company from the beginning with modern concepts that could enhance and support the millennial agricultural tradition of the region. Thanks to his experience and his intuition, he chose a land with ideal characteristics.

The organic MANICARDI balsamic vinegar PGI Modena is made exclusively from grapes of organic farming, according to the rules established by  ICEA (institute for Ethical and Environmental Institute.

Particularly appreciated by those who include other organic products in their diet,  it is easy to combine with any type of vegetable, cheese and meat, both white and red.

We recommend it with salads, raw and cooked vegetables such as carrots, green beans, courgettes, cheeses, white and red meat.
