  • Oven-roasted tomates are produced once a year
  • Type of tomato:  Roma
  • Roma tomatoes are harvested at maturity in August. 
  • They are peeled and slowly roasted in the oven nearly 4 hours within 24 hours of the harvest, then marinated in oil with aromatic mediterranean herbs and pitted black olives.
  • The oven-roasted cooking:
    • Allows the tomatoes to preserve all their benefits
    • The texture of the tomato is soft and melting
    • The taste is sweeter and more fruity
  • We recommend them with pasta, on pizzas, in the preparation of meat or fish.
