- Oven-roasted tomates are produced once a year

- Roma tomatoes are harvested at maturity in August.
- They are peeled and slowly roasted in the oven nearly 4 hours within 24 hours of the harvest, then marinated in oil with aromatic mediterranean herbs and pitted black olives.

- Allows the tomatoes to preserve all their benefits
- The texture of the tomato is soft and melting
- The taste is sweeter and more fruity
- We recommend them with pasta, on pizzas, in the preparation of meat or fish.
