Sun-dried tomato Tapenade

A classic of italian cuisine reviewed by Saclà that has multiple uses:

• On a good toasted bread or focaccia rubbed with garlic
• On a fresh mozzarella cheese
• In a dip, with a plate of fresh vegetables
• In the preparation of an omelette or a stuffing, etc...

Ingredients:  Sun-dried tomatoes 57% (partially rehydrated), sunflower oil, wine vinegar, garlic in powder, sea salt, sugar, grinded black pepper, natural aroma of basil and rosemary, natural aromas, acidity corrector:  lactic acid.
