Bellei's Traditional vinegar, certified by Consortium, is produced from boiled grape must, and obtained following a long aging process of 25years in small casks of various sizes and type of wood.  Its balanced bittersweett taste is ideally paired with fine cheeses such as a Parmigiano Reggiano, ice cream or strawberries.
