The basil pesto is the Genova's traditional and most popular recipe of pesto.

SACLÀ prepares it with freshly picked aromatic basil, good newly grated italian cheeses  (Grana Padano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP), crushed pine nuts, potatoes and oil.

It is delicious with pasta, in a sandwich, in the stuffing of poultry, on new potatoes instead of butter or in a salad dressing.
