IGP GOLD Bottlel, Balsamic vinegar 12 years

This vinegar is the symbol of Bellei's skills and values.  Having been aged in wooden casks, it possesses a distinct aroma that is both balanced and harmonious, with a very intense bittersweet flavour.  This vinegar is paired well with fine cheeses such as a Parmigiano Reggiano and is a true delight on vanilla ice cream or strawberries.
