Composition: Blend of excellent Arabica beans from Brazil and Central America (Guatemala, Colombia and Costa Rica) and of superior Robusta beans from India. Medium Roast.
We have at the same time Arabica characteristics, its floral aroma, its pleasant acidity that evokes lime citrus notes, a chocolate-flavoured finale with an aroma of ripe pulp fruit, and the Robusta characteristics: the strength, the roasted almonds taste, a slight bitterness and the stimulating effect of caffeine (1,76%).
It is a connoisseur's product for a delicate, chocolate-flavoured, aromatic, full-bodied and velvety espresso.
We recommend the blend GOLD EXTRA BAR, for your coffee breaks during the day or after a nice supper. The crema of this full-bodied espresso is persistant and with a light brown tiger-like skin given by the high percentage of Arabica beans.
