PASTAMANCINI whole wheat pasta is produced with their own wheat grown in line with the guidelines of the Good Agricultural Practices. The milling process preserves every element of the wheat: germ, endosperm and bran and maintain unchanged all the nutritional and vitamin properties with a greater contribution in terms of fibre and mineral salts. They use circular bronze die plates and they dry pasta at temperatures lower than 44°C, taking about 40 hours.
