Nostrana Olives

Pickled Peranzana black olives, grown in Puglia, renowned for their original slightly bitter taste.  Perfect alone or as the flavourful ingredient of any olive-based recipe.  Harvested in southern Italy, they are kept in brine to preserve their freshness and their juice.  They can used for the preparation of many types of appetizers, to complete sauces and cocktails.
