Capers with stems

Capers are the aromatic unripened flower buds of capparis spinosa, a typical Mediterranean plant.  They are perfect to accompany fish, pizzas, pasta sauces, salads and carpaccio.  Their sharp, piquant taste is one of the most recognizable of the italian traditional recipes.  Delezia's capers are larger in size and come with stems, to keep intact their spicy taste.
